How to delete your account in the app
- Open the Lebam app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Account settings (rider or driver tab).
- Tap Sign out if you only want to log out — this does not delete your data.
- To fully delete your account and data, email support@nosta.app from your registered email with the subject line "Delete my Lebamaccount".
- We will verify your identity and process deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When your deletion request is completed, we remove or anonymise:
- Your profile (name, email, photo)
- Authentication records (via our identity provider)
- Driver vehicle and document data linked to your account
- Rental listings you created
What we may keep
We may retain certain records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:
- Completed trip records for tax, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution (anonymised where possible)
- Aggregated analytics that cannot identify you
- Information we are legally required to retain
Before you delete
Deletion is permanent. You will lose access to trip history, ratings, wallet balance (if any), and driver or rental listings. Download any information you need before requesting deletion.
