Terms of Service

Lebam is a technology platform that connects riders with independent drivers for on-demand transportation, and enables vehicle owners to list cars for rent. Lebam does not provide transportation services — drivers and rental hosts are independent users of the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Drivers must hold a valid driving licence and meet any additional requirements we publish in the app. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@nosta.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

• You agree to provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations.
• Fares shown in the app are estimates until a trip is confirmed; final fare may vary based on route, time, and applicable fees.
• You must treat drivers and their vehicles with respect and follow local traffic and safety laws.
• Cancellation fees may apply as shown in the app at the time of cancellation.
• Payment methods and cash options are displayed in the app; you agree to pay the agreed fare for completed trips.

• You represent that you hold a valid licence, insurance, and vehicle registration as required by law in Guinea-Bissau.
• You are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of Lebam.
• You may accept or decline ride requests at your discretion when online.
• You must keep your vehicle in safe, roadworthy condition and comply with all applicable laws.
• You grant Lebam permission to share your name, photo, rating, vehicle details, and location with riders during active trips.

Rental listings are offered by independent hosts. Lebam facilitates discovery and inquiries but is not a party to rental agreements between hosts and renters unless explicitly stated. Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of listings, pricing, availability, and compliance with local rental regulations.

Users may rate each other after trips. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behaviour, or receive consistently low ratings.

You may not:

• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Impersonate another person or provide false information
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or other users
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse our APIs or data
• Use the service without a valid account or payment method where required

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lebam and Lebamare provided "as is". We are not liable for the acts or omissions of drivers, riders, or rental hosts, traffic delays, accidents, lost items, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant trip in the past 12 months, or 100 USD equivalent, whichever is greater, except where law requires otherwise.

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or for operational or legal reasons. See our Account deletion page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Guinea-Bissau, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Guinea-Bissau, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date (March 6, 2026 for the current version). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
