Account information: When you sign up we collect your name, email address, and profile photo (if provided). Authentication is handled by Clerk (our identity provider). If you use Google or Apple sign-in, we receive basic profile information from those services according to your permissions.
Location data: With your permission, we collect precise GPS location while you use the app — including when searching for rides, during active trips, and when drivers are online. This is essential to match riders with drivers, show maps, calculate fares, and display trip progress.
Ride and rental data: Pickup and drop-off addresses, trip history, vehicle type, fares, ratings, reviews, and rental listing details you provide.
Driver information: If you register as a driver, we collect vehicle details, licence information, documents you upload, and your online/availability status.
Device and usage data: Device type, operating system, app version, and diagnostic logs to keep the service secure and reliable.

- Operate vehicle rental listings and inquiries

4. Third-party services
We use trusted providers to run Lebam. They process data only as needed to provide their services:
- Clerk — authentication and account management
- Supabase — database, file storage, and real-time updates
- Mapbox — maps, geocoding, and directions
- Vercel — hosting our API and this website
Each provider has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.
5. Data sharing
Between users:During an active trip, riders and drivers can see each other's first name, rating, vehicle details (for drivers), and live location relevant to the trip.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users and the public.
We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Data retention
We keep your account and trip data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. You may request deletion — see our Account deletion page.
7. Your rights and choices
- Access or update your profile in the app settings
- Disable location permission in your device settings (some features will not work)
- Request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing support@nosta.app
- Delete your account — instructions on our account deletion page
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we work to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Lebam is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has created an account.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
